When enabled, your ratings, filters, optional middle and last names and Pro lists and saved searches are backed up on our server. Encrypted at rest, not end-to-end encrypted. Up to ten versions from different hours. Backups run while the app is open and online. Your extra lists and ratings stay private. Sharing Pro does not share cloud backups. The app connects to RevenueCat to retrieve store prices and verify purchases. RevenueCat processes random user identifiers and, where purchases exist, store receipts. This connection can occur before a purchase. RevenueCat can infer the country from the IP address and associate it with the user profile for purchase-related analytics. RevenueCat states that it discards the IP address after determining the country. No name lists are sent. When you request an app coupon, we store the issued code, campaign ID, issue time and your random access ID on our server, so repeated requests return the same code. Your name choices are not sent for this purpose. Redemption and ordering take place in the baby&family online shop.

Timme Hosting GmbH & Co. KG hosts this website in Germany. Your IP address is technically processed when you visit. Website delivery and security rely on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). According to Timme Hosting’s published information, containers are backed up daily and regular automatic backups are retained for ten days. The exact retention period for hosting logs has not yet been confirmed.
We count page views and successfully saved partner-sync changes only as daily totals: favorite, pass, maybe, and removed rating. These counters store no name, device, or personal identifiers, IP addresses, or individual histories. We set no analytics cookies and send no extra ratings for statistics.
The figures describe views and saved partner-sync changes, not individual visitors or every tap. Offline-only ratings are absent. The first sync can include existing ratings; several local changes before syncing appear only as the last saved state. Unchanged retries do not increase rating counters.
The baby&family company named in the legal notice is the controller. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
